According to official Government figures released last week, in the period March to May 2014, both employment and unemployment in Scotland have increased.


An ability to talk about the business case for diversity isn’t sufficient for CEOs to really drive the kinds of behavioural change needed to increase the number of women at senior levels, according to new research by KPMG and King’s College London.  Instead CEOs need to be brave, and talk from their hearts as well as their heads.

With International Woman’s Day on 8th March 2012, and the EU committed to improving the number of women on executive boards, data issued by Mercer shows the extent to which women are under-represented in senior executive and management positions across Europe.
