Many Scots are being ‘exploited’ by employers who feel they can treat their employees unfairly because of the recession, according to evidence published by Citizens Advice Scotland.

The Government has written to the Low Pay Commission (LPC) setting out its remit for their 2012 Report. The LPC will continue to monitor, evaluate and review the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and its impact, and review the levels of each of the different minimum wage rates.
