Tribunal case lodged against Scottish university

Abertay University could be taken to an employment tribunal following the suspension of its principal, Professor Bernard King.

 

According to the Scotsman, Professor King, 64, has lodged a case with the tribunal service on the grounds of age discrimination, apparently claiming that the university has not complied with an agreement to extend his contract.
