An art teacher has won her constructive unfair dismissal case against her former employer, Robert Gordon's College in Aberdeen, reports the BBC.

Fiona Michie had brought the case to the employment tribunal after claiming that she had been bullied and locked in a cupboard by a colleague. Ms. Michie claimed that the college management had taken no action after the incident and she therefore felt she had no choice but to resign.

The case will now go to a remedy hearing.
